While executing control transactions for our investors is the primary focus of Glen Oaks Capital, in certain limited instances Glen Oaks will provide advisory services to financial sponsors and family offices who seek a partner to execute their acquisition and to assist with operational oversight.

Clients include family offices making control and minority investments, independent sponsors with staffing and bandwidth shortfalls, and private equity funds needing supplemental execution support.
